The Global Humanitarian Response Plan (GHRP) is the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC) initiative to address the risks and impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the most vulnerable people in countries affected by humanitarian crises or at high risk of facing a humanitarian disaster. It aggregates relevant COVID-19 appeals from FAO, IOM, UNDP, UNFPA, UN-Habitat, UNHCR, UNICEF, UNRWA, WFP as well as WHO’s Strategic Preparedness and Response Plan, and it complements other plans such as those developed by the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.
