Managing Communications During Critical Incidents

This workshop provided participants with a greater understanding of the psychological needs that people have in the midst of crises and how these needs can inform communications; an increased knowledge of key principles of crisis and risk communications; and greater comfort in applying these principles in different kinds of crises.
